To create a FTP Account in your cPanel, you may follow below steps
1. Login to your cPanel account
2. Go to Files > FTP Accounts
3. Enter the Username and Password for the FTP accounts, and enter the default path that you would like the FTP accounts enter when the account login, and click Create Account
4. The user will be created and it will show in the user list.
