How To: Restore Office 365 from Veeam Cloud Connect For Tenant/Customer (Cloud Backup as a Services)

1. Get ready for Veeam cloud connect credential provided by TitanCloud Service Provider after subscription is activated

2. Download and install Veeam backup & replication (no license required) https://www.veeam.com/downloads.html

3. Go to Backup Infrastructure > Service Providers > Add service provider



4. Next, enter URL and credential provided by TitanCloud service provider




5. Make sure certificate is verified, click Apply


6. Once done, TitanCloud veeam cloud connect gateway DNS will show on Service Providers together which owner username



7. To perform restoration, open Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange > Add Store > select Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 service provider


8. Login to office 365 administrator account using modern or basic authentication. Make sure service provider show correct gateway


9. Specify point in time you want to restore > Click Connect


10. Veeam will launch exchange explorer for restoration > select any restore method wish to restore


11. Summary report once restore is completed
